Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers.
• Hoe between the rows.
• Clean the crops.
• Collect brush and debris from fields and work areas.
• Clear fields of wood and stones.
• Cut agricultural crops and seeds.
• Divide harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
• Adjust water, light, and temperature for crop growth.
• Grade vegetables and fruits by size, shape, and color.
• Conduct greenhouse cleaning.
• Guide growing plants for optimal development.
• Hand harvest vegetables and seedlings.
• Maintain growth of vines and grapes.
• Monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature.
• Pack fruits and vegetables.
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness in barns and pens.
• Detect and manage health issues in crops and livestock.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in similar roles.
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Languages: Proficient in English.
