• Salary: $23.00 per hour
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Hours: 30 to 70 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Clean the crops
• Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• Weeding and fertilizing
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Assist in developing and implementing farm safety and bio-security procedures
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Follow sustainable farming practices

Work Site Environment

• Corn farming
• Hay farming
• Wheat farming
• Dairy farming

Experience and Skills Required

• 5 years or more of relevant experience
• Experience with farm machinery and equipment (e.g., tractor, fertilizer applicator)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent oral communication skills
