Job Overview

• Location: Brampton, ON
• Work Setting: On-site, in employer’s/client’s home
• Salary: $20.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Weekly Hours: 30 to 35 hours

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Collect specimens and assist in feeding.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Mend clothing and linens.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Shop for food and household supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: Experience is an asset.
• Languages: English (Asset: Gujarati)

Work Conditions

• Bending, crouching, and kneeling required.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Physically demanding with repetitive tasks.
• Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Personal Suitability

• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Patience and honesty are essential.
