Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers operating processing machines to fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber products.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Set up machines and equipment.
• Train staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Languages: English
