What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to person for the President, handling administrative and managerial tasks with professionalism.
• Manage the President’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Oversee and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and follow-ups to keep everything running smoothly.
• Serve as a key point of contact between the President, executive team, internal staff, and external partners.
• Handle correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication across all levels.
• Monitor open items, reports, and projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Prepare and draft reports, letters, memos, and presentations.
• Maintain and update ongoing project files, providing critical updates to the executive team.
• Oversee action items from management, technical, and weekly meetings to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5-7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting a President or senior executive in a mid-size company.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word skills (a must!).
• Experience or familiarity with reading architectural drawings (an asset but not required).
• A sharp attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.
