Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join their team in the vibrant community of McBride, located in eastern-central BC. As an ECE, you will be crucial in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage children in various activities to support their development
• Provide attentive caregiving to ensure the well-being of each child
• Implement early childhood education curriculum effectively
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the holistic growth of children

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their learning and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
• First Aid certification

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Previous experience in a classroom setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Benefits: Dental care, Extended health care

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
