Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager

We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and detail-savvy E-commerce Account Manager to join our client during a major expansion phase, which includes a new 140,000 sq. ft. facility. If you have strong forecasting and planning skills, a flair for client relationships, and thrive in a data-driven environment, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Handling:

• Own and manage key e-commerce accounts across North America
• Build strong partnerships with U.S. and Canadian retail buyers
• Use analytics to drive sales, track trends, and optimize inventory
• Lead promotional strategies and online merchandising initiatives
• Forecast and plan inventory to align with customer demand
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and brand messaging are consistent across platforms
• Launch seasonal campaigns, product bundles, and special offers
• Spot pricing discrepancies and optimize performance through reporting

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of customer service/account management experience with direct interaction with retail buyers
• Experience in e-commerce and retail environments
• Strong skills in forecasting, planning, and inventory management
• Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and data-driven mindset
• Strong French skills (working with clients across Canada & USA)
• Must be available to work on-site in LaSalle daily

• English – Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
• Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with Clients, Support Operations in another region, Customer Support
• Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
