Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Drywall Installer and Finisher for full-time work. This position offers potential immigration support for overseas candidates, including options for individuals with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints.
• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets.
• Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
• Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
• Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in the field.
• Languages: English.

• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
