Our client is seeking a Dispatchers Supervisor to oversee operational logistics and ensure smooth functioning of tasks. Immigration support is potentially available for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: 30 Simona Dr, Bolton, ON, L7E 4E8
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $36.10 hourly / 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks.
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work effectively.
• Oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Prepare and submit reports regularly.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
• Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and arrange training for staff.
• Organize and maintain inventory.

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 personnel.

Requirements

Education

• College/CEGEP required.

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word, MS Windows.
