Job Details

• Salary: $36.60 per hour, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Maintain work records and logs
• Monitor personnel workloads and locations
• Organize warehouse and work areas
• Provide customer service
• Assist with maintenance of communications equipment
• Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
• Process and transmit information to co-ordinate vehicle operators and crews
• Respond to urgent calls from individuals requiring assistance
• Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and organized
• Reliability and team player
