Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Development Director to join the Canadian Development team in Toronto. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of residential multi-family development projects, managing both existing development opportunities and potential new acquisitions. This includes coordinating a team of internal stakeholders and external consultants throughout the design and construction phases, securing municipal approvals, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
