Are you a strategic and hands-on accounting professional ready to take the lead? Our client, a well-established real estate and construction company, is looking for a Director of Accounting to join their head office in Terrebonne. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role with a reputable, long-standing organization in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Your Impact:

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle (monthly/quarterly/year-end close)
• Manage and mentor a dedicated accounting team
• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple entities
• Be responsible for forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Improve processes and procedures
• Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree, accounting certificate, DEC, AEC, DEP in accounting
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a real estate, construction, or project-based environment
• Comfort managing accounting for multiple entities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
