What You’ll Be Doing

Treasury’s active responsibilities include:

The Director will report to the Senior Director of Funding & Liquidity Management and will play a critical role in ensuring our organization’s financial stability by developing, analyzing, and managing funding strategies and liquidity forecasts. This position involves providing insights into liquidity metrics, optimizing funding plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our client enables a hybrid work environment where you will spend 4 days per week on-site and other days remote.

How You’ll Succeed

• Forecast Modelling: Build and maintain forecasting models for key liquidity metrics, including LCR and NSFR.
• Analysis: Analyze historical trends to improve the accuracy of forecasts and recommend optimal funding strategies.
• Reporting: Provide updates on liquidity positions to senior management and relevant committees.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align funding plans with business objectives.

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s, CA, or CFA is a plus).
• You have 5+ years of experience in Treasury or Liquidity Risk Management.
• You are proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced knowledge of liquidity metrics.
• You possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts.
• You have a strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
