Job Details

• Salary: $19.56 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
• Overtime Required: Yes, available on weekends

Responsibilities

• Receive and register documents for data entry
• Enter data according to specified format
• Transfer data between software
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data
• Store, update, and maintain databases
• Perform general office duties
• Create digital records using a scanner

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in Word processing software, MS Office, Quick Books, and Accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Requires sitting for long periods
• Willingness to travel and use public transportation
