Overview

Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in relevant field.

Languages: Proficiency in English required.

Work Environment: Outdoors, dusty, noisy, with dairy-related odours

Responsibilities

• Handling animals and monitoring the calving process
• Monitoring animal health
• Performing livestock feeding and tending
• Carrying out pasture or pen breeding programs
• Maintaining livestock performance records and work logs
• Performing general farm duties

Requirements

Equipment and Machinery Experience:

• Feeding and watering systems
• Milking system (automated)
• Tractors, Loaders, and Skidsteers

Personal Suitability:

• Organized
• Reliable team player
• Quick learner
