The Opportunity

In this role, you will oversee and deliver IT and OT cybersecurity risk management offerings while continuously refining the portfolio to align with evolving industry needs. You will manage client engagements, support business development efforts, and foster strategic alliances.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Risk Assessment Delivery

• Lead IT and OT cybersecurity risk assessments tailored for clients’ specific needs.
• Act as a key client contact, ensuring that project expectations are met.
• Enhance assessment methodologies to reflect best practices.

Innovation and Offering Development

• Contribute to the development of new cybersecurity assessment offerings.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to create innovative solutions.
• Explore non-traditional areas to broaden cybersecurity assessment services.

Business Development and Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and proposal development.
• Support business development goals by maintaining strong client relationships.

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead a team dedicated to high-quality cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
• Share insights and best practices to enhance practice development.

Strategic Alliances and Thought Leadership

• Build relationships with strategic partners to enhance service offerings.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for innovative approaches.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Consulting and Leadership Experience

• Proven experience in leading cybersecurity risk assessments in relevant sectors.
• Strong client management skills to navigate complex environments.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams for project delivery.

Cybersecurity Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks relevant to IT and OT security.
• Expertise in developing cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
