About the Opportunity

As the Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the key advocate for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our products and services. Your role involves guiding customers from onboarding to ongoing support, building strong relationships based on trust and understanding.

• Welcoming Guide — Ensure each customer’s journey is positive, productive, and tailored to their needs.
• Supportive Onboarder — Provide a warm, guided onboarding experience reflecting our commitment to customer success.
• Relationship Builder — Build strong relationships by addressing customer needs and focusing on high-potential customers.
• Proactive Problem Solver — Engage customers to resolve issues and advocate on their behalf.
• Connector — Facilitate smooth handoffs to Account Managers for continuity and deeper relationship building.
• Growth Driver — Drive renewals, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
