Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate special events
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Credentials

• Food Safety Certificate

Experience and Specialization

• Cuisine Specialties: East Indian, West Indian
• Area of Work Experience: Community service organization
