• Salary: $17.24 to $21.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Part-time leading to full-time
• Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Qualifications

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience in cooking and related culinary arts
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
• Certificates:
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
