Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Cook for permanent, full-time employment. The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada, as well as other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Salary

Hourly Rate: $35.00 to $37.00 (To be negotiated)

Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Language Requirements: English
