Our client is seeking a Construction Helper. Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential immigration support.

Job Details

• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $29.50/hour (32 to 40 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call
• Vacancies: 8

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements
• Clean and lubricate cranes
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist in demolishing buildings
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Perform routine maintenance work
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Will train for the position

Work Environment

• Outdoors
• Noisy
• Dusty
