Responsibilities

• Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other technicians.
• Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Direct daily operations and evaluate compliance with operational standards.
• Recruit and supervise staff, providing training and support.
• Consult with clients to discuss system requirements, timelines, and costs.
• Manage incidents and provide ongoing client support.
• Design and integrate website-related code.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 5 years or more in IT consulting.
• Languages: English

Technical Knowledge

• Agile methodologies and Jira
• Computer programming and application development
