• Salary: $39.00 per hour (80 hours bi-weekly)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a relevant field
• Work Setting: Medical clinic

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for health care service delivery
• Hire, train, and motivate staff
• Oversee the analysis and preparation of reports
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team
