Our client is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Child Caregiver for their private home. Visa sponsorship may be considered for overseas candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for LMIA visa jobs in Canada or jobs with Canadian PNP sponsorship.

Job Details

• Location: Surrey, BC
• Salary: $19.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Setting: Day care centre or nursery school; optional accommodation available (not a condition of employment)

Responsibilities

• Change diapers and sterilize bottles
• Prepare formulas and perform light housekeeping duties
• Shop for food and household supplies
• Travel with the family on trips; assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Organize activities such as games and outings for children
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Supervise and care for children
• Take children to and from school and appointments
• Help children with homework

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Certification: Emergency child care first aid and CPR
