Our client is seeking a dedicated Child Caregiver to provide professional care for children at their home. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Location: Mission, BC
• Salary: $26.50 per hour for 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Full-time, term or contract
• Work Setting: Employer’s home, on-site

Overview

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Languages: English
• Security and Safety: Criminal record check, medical exam, references required

Responsibilities

• Change diapers and sterilize bottles
• Prepare formulas and maintain a safe environment in the home
• Organize activities such as games and outings for children
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Supervise and care for children

Personal Suitability

• Organized and reliable
• Strong time management and patience
• Ability to show initiative and sound judgment

Public transportation is available, and travel expenses will be paid by the employer. Our client supports newcomers and refugees, including assistance with foreign credential recognition. Candidates do not require Canadian work experience to apply.
