Our client is seeking a motivated Child Care Provider for a private home setting. This position offers immigration support for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Location: Mission, BC

• Salary: $19.00 hourly, 30 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Supervise and care for children
• Tend to the emotional well-being of children

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Languages: English
• Experience: Experience is an asset
• Certificates: First Aid Certificate
• Personal Suitability: Initiative, Judgement
