Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction sectors. This role offers visa sponsorship for international applicants, including candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $60.00 per hour, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
• Establish financial and administrative controls; approve promotional campaigns; and overall human resources planning.
• Establish and approve objectives, policies, and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
• Select middle managers and executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions.
• Supervise staff and manage projects.
• Oversee data analysis and compliance with regulations.
• Develop risk management plans and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate IT projects and full lifecycle software development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Computer software engineering, Computer engineering, or related field)
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in an executive role

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Jira, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of project management and business intelligence.
• Experience in strategic planning and IT service delivery.
