Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Chemicals Sales Representative who can effectively support clients with the procurement of industrial supplies. We welcome applications from candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit, and visa sponsorship may be considered for eligible international applicants.

Job Details

• Location: Richmond, BC
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $39.00 per hour / 35 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Special Commitments: Day shifts

Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit potential clients.
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
• Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits from the use of goods or services.
• Deliver sales presentations.
• Prepare and administer sales contracts.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Provide input into product design tailored to client needs.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• Resolve product and service-related problems.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in chemicals and chemical products sales.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent communication skills, initiative, and a positive attitude.
