Position: CEO (Chief Executive Officer) – Financial, Communications, and Other Business Services

Our client is looking for a CEO to lead their operations in Grande Cache, AB. The role requires strategic oversight and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is potentially available for overseas candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Grande Cache, AB
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $200,000 annually
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent or delegate representatives in negotiations or official functions.
• Select middle managers and executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
• Maintain and manage the digital database.
• Collect financial and investment information regarding various assets.
• Review and adapt information regarding product innovations and market conditions.
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
• Identify potential markets and evaluate financial risks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
• Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an asset
• Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
