Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Central Air Conditioner Repairer. Visa sponsorship is potentially available for qualified candidates, with immigration support options for international applicants.

Port Coquitlam, BC

Salary

$34.00 CAD per hour, for approximately 32 hours per week.

Job Type

Permanent full-time employment with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders and quotations.
• Measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Start up systems and test for leaks using testing devices.
• Perform maintenance such as recharging systems with refrigerant and calibrating systems.
• Repair and replace parts and components for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.

Work Environment

• Hot and cold/refrigerated conditions
• Exposure to odours and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field.
• Language: Proficiency in English.

Physical Demands

• Physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting.
• Standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

• Punctual and dependable.
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to take initiative.
