Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled carpenter for permanent, full-time employment. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in carpentry. Immigration support may be available for qualified candidates.

• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $32.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
• Instruct apprentices.
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.

Additional Information

Work Conditions: The role is physically demanding. All work must be completed on-site; remote work is not an option.
