Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify requirements
• Document technical requirements for solutions
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for system implementation
• Design and implement information systems solutions
• Assess security risks to data and hardware
• Develop policies and contingency plans for security breaches
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and document findings
• Resolve conflict situations
• Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support
• Execute software application test results

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university program (1-2 years)
• Experience: 1-2 years related work experience
• Languages: English

Technical Skills

• Business intelligence
• Data analysis software
• SQL, Python, and AWS
• Jira and Microsoft Visual Studio
