Job Details

• Salary: $44.00 to $50.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 09:00 to 17:00

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits
• Develop quality management and quality assurance standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Coaching and mentoring of team members

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 5 years or more in business management and analysis

Key Skills

• Proficient in Jira, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce
• Strong background in research and development, strategic planning, and process improvement
