Position: Building Handyperson
Location: 700 RUE GADBOIS, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC
Salary: $20.00 per hour / 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Perform safety and security checks
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
• Supervise other workers
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Language Proficiency

English or French
