• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year in a bookkeeping role

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Maintain financial records and balance accounts using various bookkeeping systems
• Prepare general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries and prepare tax returns
• Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports

• Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
