Job Details

• Location: 5265 Steeles Avenue, North York, ON, M9L 2W2
• Salary: $25.00 per hour / 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
• Maintain financial records, establish, maintain, and balance accounts using bookkeeping systems.
• Prepare financial statements and post journal entries.
• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books.
• Reconcile accounts.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
• Languages: English

Computer and Technology Knowledge

• MS Access
• MS Excel
• MS Outlook
• MS PowerPoint
• MS Windows
• MS Word
