Our client is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with experience in managing financial records and preparing payroll cheques. This is a fantastic opportunity for both local and overseas candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit, as immigration support may be available for the right candidate.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Work Requirement: On site, remote work is not an option

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Maintain financial records, establishing and balancing various accounts
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts
