• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities

• Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays
• Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar
• Clean bar area and wash glassware
• Serve food or snacks
• Advise on wine selection
• Train staff
• Collect payment for beverages
• Operate cash register
• Store beverage and food products
• Order bar stock and maintain inventory
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
• Prepare mixed drinks and serve beverages
• Take orders from patrons or serving staff
