Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Work must be completed: At the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icing according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Prepare special orders.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• Train staff.
• Operate machinery.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
