Work Location: On site

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Overview

Languages: English

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Draw up production schedules
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Operate machinery
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
