Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for various baked goods according to recipes or special customer orders
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Draw up production schedules and ensure product quality
• Operate machinery and maintain inventory
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in baking
• Languages: English
