Job Title: Automobile Servicing Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Automobile Servicing Manager to direct and control daily operations at their retail service establishment and automobile dealership. Immigration support is potentially available for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: Toronto, ON
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $43.27 hourly / 35 hours per week (Minimum wage is guaranteed)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement pricing and credit policies
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues, including customer requests and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews

Supervision

• Supervise a team of 5-15 people, including automotive technicians and motor vehicle mechanics

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
