Job Details

• Location: Red Deer, AB
• Salary: $27.50 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
• Work Location: On site

• Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Determine staffing requirements
• Clean, lubricate, and perform maintenance work
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Shampoo upholstery
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 staff members

Experience and Specialization

• Experience with industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, air compressors, and pressure washers
• Familiarity with automotive equipment and systems
• Specialization in automotive interior cleaning

Transportation/Travel Information

• Own transportation required
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Public transportation is available
