Position Overview

Our client is seeking an energetic Associate to join its investment team. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that supports all aspects of the investment process, including origination, execution, and investment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across various infrastructure sectors
• Build and critically review financial models, assessing their integrity and potential financial returns
• Conduct due diligence by evaluating information from sellers, management, and advisors
• Synthesize findings from research and financial analysis into presentations for investment committees
• Monitor and impact investment performance, contributing to the strategic and operational direction of portfolio companies
• Research prospective industries to develop investment ideas and assist in generating strategic insights
• Foster a dynamic and team-oriented work culture

Position Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar area
• Strong research, financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork
• Effective oral and written communication abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to gathering information
• An appreciation for sustainability in investment decision-making
• Knowledge of infrastructure sectors is a plus, but not mandatory
