About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Executive Compensation & Special Projects, the Associate, Compensation Advisory is responsible for providing clear, data-driven, and strategic compensation advice. This role involves delivering compensation processes and programs, including the development and maintenance of tools and templates, participating in market intelligence activities, and supporting senior executive compensation plan reviews.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with People Experience Advisory, Support, COEs, and HRBPs for strategic compensation advice.
• Support annual compensation activities for business units, including merit increase cycles and market adjustments analyses.
• Research external trends and industry benchmarks to identify market pressures.
• Develop and maintain compensation tools and templates for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compile and analyze compensation data within Workday for reporting purposes.
• Participate in market intelligence activities globally, including surveys and compensation modeling.
• Contribute to compensation reports and recommendations for Human Resources Committee review.
• Monitor and analyze trends for the Senior Executive Team.
• Drive enhanced awareness of compensation plans through education and communication.
• Monitor HR customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1-2 years of compensation experience and expertise.
• Workday HCM functional experience is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skillset, financial acumen, and detail-oriented execution.
• Proactive focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across groups and levels of leadership.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
