Job Summary

This position requires a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage staff, oversee payroll, and act as a liaison between staff and management regarding wellness issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Oversee payroll administration
• Schedule and recruit staff
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
