Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager – Food Services to manage daily operations and ensure the restaurant’s profitability. This position offers visa sponsorship options for international applicants, including candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• $36.50 per hour
• 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine food, ingredients, and supply costs
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Supervise staff and monitor performance
• Balance cash and complete financial reports
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customer complaints and provide service

Supervision

• Supervise a team of 5-10 people

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Fluent in English
