Job Details

• Location: 87 Avenue Road, Box 358, Toronto, ON, M5R 3R9
• Work Setting: On site
• Salary: $30.00 to $32.00 hourly (To be negotiated), 42 to 50 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours, Overtime available, 08:30 to 18:00

Overview

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and previous experience of 5 years or more.

Responsibilities

• Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
• Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD)
• Prepare proposals
• Analyze technical documents and reports
• Assist in supervising construction projects
• Prepare working drawings
• Supervise architectural technical staff
• Write specifications
• Monitor and inspect work
• Construct architectural and display models
• Assist in design development
• Prepare presentation graphics and drawings

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Languages: English (Hindi is an asset)
• Experience: 5 years or more in Architecture
