Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanical Systems Modification Mechanic. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified international applicants, with immigration support potentially available.

• Salary: $34.62 to $39.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 60 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Flexible hours, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and established procedures.
• Inspect structural and mechanical systems of aircraft and ensure adherence to performance and safety standards.
• Repair and overhaul to maintain compliance with standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot aircraft mechanical and structural systems.
• Maintain detailed repair, inspection, and certification records and reports.
• Dismantle and reassemble airframes and aircraft systems for repair and cleaning.
• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in aircraft maintenance and overhaul.
• Certification: CAMC Aircraft Maintenance Technician Certification.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office; aircraft experience with large jet airplanes and turboprops.

Work Environment

• Noisy, at heights, and confined spaces; outdoor work.
• Willingness to relocate is required.

• Physical Requirements: Handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
