Job Details

• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $38.00 per hour (35 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Implement new administrative procedures
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Perform data entry
• Train staff
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a related field
